Cadetship Information
Overview
Each year, five second year cadets graduate in December and five new cadets are selected for the following year's program which starts in January.
Annual open days
In June two separate orientation opendays are held on Waipaoa Station starting at 1pm sharp. For those intending to apply for a cadetship, attendance of one of the orientation days is recommended as it is a good chance to have a look at the operation and to meet staff and cadets. The afternoon will consist of a welcome from the Training Manager and then a presentation on the operation, followed by a tour of the training facility and grounds.
